胡志剛，（男），漢族，1978年生，理學博士、副教授、碩士生導師。主要從事微分方程邊值問題的相關研究。
一、教學：承擔本科《高等數學》、《工程數學》、《數學物理方程》、《常微分方程》、《實變函數》等課程的教學工作。
主持/參與項目：
1.主持校課程建設與教學改革基金項目提高學生創新意識，建設研究型教學模式——《高等數學》教學改革與研究。
2.參與《數學物理方程》教材建設與改革項目
教學成果獲獎情況：
1.參與建設的《數學物理方程》教材建設與改革項目獲得中國礦業大學優秀教學成果一等獎（2012年）
2.參與建設的數學物理方程課程獲得中國礦業大學精品課程（2016年）
3.參與的微分方程系列課程建設與創新人才培養項目獲全國煤炭行業教育教學成果一等獎（2015年）
