劉文斌，男，漢族，1960年生，中共黨員，博士、教授、博士生導師；兼任伟德bv教授委員會主任，校學術委員會副主任，江蘇省數學會理事，美國《Mathematical Reviews》評論員，國内外多個學術期刊的審稿人；主要從事微分方程理論與應用、非線性泛函分析等相關領域的研究；1996年入選江蘇省青藍工程，并被評為江蘇省青藍工程優秀青年骨幹教師；1989年和2001年先後畢業于吉林大學，并獲得數學專業碩士學位和博士學位。
一、教學：
（一）承擔課程：
承擔本科《數學物理方程》、《實變函數》、《泛函分析》、《常微分方程》，碩士《非線性泛函分析》、《非線性邊值問題》、《微分方程定性理論》以及博士《非線性泛函分析》、《近代微分方程選講》、《Hamilton系統》等課程的教學工作。
（二）主持教改項目：
1.“分析數學系列課程改革與建設”：校課程建設與教學改革基金項目，主持人，2000；
2.“數學物理方程課程改革與創新人才培養”：校課程建設與教學改革基金項目，主持人，2013；
3.“分數階微分方程的理論與應用”：研究生教育教學改革研究與實踐課題，主持人，2016.

指導碩士研究生40多名，博士研究生11名，獲得碩士學位36名，獲得博士學位6名；有2名研究生獲得國家獎學金，2名碩士研究生的學位論文被評為江蘇省優秀碩士學位論文,多名碩士生到清華、南大、川大、南開等高校攻讀博士學位。
